Chicago Greater Food Depository Partnership
At Digital Hub we believe our business includes improving the well being of our planet. Our environmental efforts help ensure that the air we breathe and the water we drink is healthy for generations to come. Our community involvement with organizations like The Chicago Greater Food Depository ensures that there is food to feed the hungry. At Digital Hub we truly care for the environment and the communities in which we all live.

Digital Hub has formed a partnership with The Greater Chicago Food Depository in an effort to fight hunger in Chicago. We encourage our employees, clients and neighbors to drop off a food donation into one of our Greater Chicago Food Depository collection bins located at Digital Hub's 1040 North Halsted printing facility. The Greater Chicago Food Depository will pick up these donations periodically.
Digital Hub's food drive is a continual program that runs year round.

About The Greater Chicago Food Depository

The Greater Chicago Food Depository, Chicago's food bank, is a nonprofit food distribution and training center providing food for hungry people while striving to end hunger in our community.
The Food Depository distributes donated and purchased food through a network of 600 food pantries, soup kitchens and shelters to 500,000 adults and children every year.
Last year, the Food Depository distributed 46 million pounds of nonperishable food and fresh produce, dairy products and meat, the equivalent of 95,000 meals every day.
The Food Depository's programs and services for children, older adults and the unemployed and underemployed address the root causes of hunger.

Since the 1st quarter of 2009

Our food program has donated 146 pounds of food to the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

This food donation will help serve 160 quality meals to the hungry in our community.

Local Schools Paper Donation Program
Digital Hub donates unused or extra paper to schools in our local community. To date Digital Hub has donated over 2,200 pounds of paper to schools in the Chicago Area.

Digital Hub's charitable support helped raise over $3,500 for St.Stanislaus Kosta School during a recent event.

Heifer International
Digital Hub's charitable work with Heifer International helped raise over $42,000 for the organization at Grazing on the Green.
